Alice Sometimes weird, sometimes majestic, or simply beautiful. The subtitle "Music to an interior film" written on the cover pretty much sums it up. One of the first things I ever bought here. Favorite track: Porn piece or the scars of cold kisses.
Joel Garcia

Joel Garcia This album has so much character to it. It's very easy to close your eyes and imagine a story to fit the themes. Favorite track: Lost in moments.
Was Ist Das?
Was Ist Das? thumbnail
Was Ist Das? Took me ages to get into this album and now I can never get it out of me. Like Massive Attack's "Mezzanine" in reverse...like Blade Runner in the artic...the dark shadow cast by the light of the 90s experimental hip-hop scene Favorite track: The future sound of music.
John Cratchley
John Cratchley thumbnail
John Cratchley A noir soundtrack for an imaginary film...moody, pensive and very atmospheric...beautifully constructed soundscape that reminded me a little of John Cage's 'The City Wears A Slouched Hat'...
Well, Ulver are full of pleasant surprises, as I begin to listen to more of their material.

Zepeng It's not the best known work of Ulver, but it's a very good science fiction soundtrack.

There's a lot of different kind of music here, and some tracks really stand out (like nowhere/catastrophe) .

Just dive into it ! Favorite track: Nowhere/catastrophe.

Ronin This really is a album for the winter.

In my mind I see a great metropolis filled with forgotten people with dreams which never became anything more than dreams. Favorite track: Porn piece or the scars of cold kisses.
