Ippocalyptica I respected Ulver when they were a folk-infused black metal band, and I respect them now that they are doing whatever they damn well please. The mind of Kristoffer Rygg must be a wild and fascinating place for him to consistently be able to produce incredible music than spans multiple genres. Anyway, Little Boy blends elements of what sounds to me like mid-era Arcade Fire with late-1980’s Euro-synth pop in a compelling 5-minute package that makes me wonder how a full album of this would sound. Favorite track: Little Boy.

Eric Gedenk Ulver's evolution is truly one of music's most fascinating. These folks can make any sound they want and will make it intoxicating.

Matt It's the First Covid-19 Plague and I'm getting paid to sit at home and write this crap. Take note, youngsters, this is how we stick it to the Man.
I'll listen to anything with a picture of a mushroom cloud on it.

Gabriel Tamas It's always surprising to see what boundary will Ulver cross next. And they definitely cross some with this song. Yet another step further from The Assassination of Julius Caesar. The upcoming album will be for sure outstanding
